However, I had a hiccup with the valet service. They mixed up the key for my Tesla, resulting in a frustrating hour and a half wait to retrieve my car. Staff were friendly and tried to help, but the communication breakdown was disappointing. Luckily, my experience at the rooftop pool made up for it. The pool area, while a bit crowded, offered a relaxing vibe after a long day exploring the city. The bartenders by the pool could be quicker though, and I found the drinks a bit overpriced. The breakfast at Criollo was a highlight, with attentive service and delicious options. Despite some bumps in the road, my stay was enjoyable, mixing history with comfort, and I appreciated the staff's efforts throughout.
